Shipment processing time/ How long will it take to get my order?
We process all our orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may take a few days. To ensure there are no delivery delays, please review your delivery address, and contact us if there is an error. If there will be a significant delay in shipment please contact us by email or telephone immediately.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Yaupon Teahouse ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. Yes, we ship to Canada. Please note; if selecting this option, you will incur additional charges.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Yaupon Teahouse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Yaupon Teahouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please notify Yaupon Teahouse at info@yauponteahouse.com
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
