Thank you for shopping at Yaupon Teahouse​.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received it will be processed in a timely manner.  You will receive an email to notify you that your refund has been processed.

To return your product, you should return your product to: 349 Abercorn St., Savannah GA 31401, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping cost of your return.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
